Charcoal-grilled yakiniku centered on Kuroge Wagyu beef.
Our cuisine focuses on charcoal-grilled Kuroge Wagyu (black-haired Japanese beef). We prioritize the quality of the meat itself over its place of origin, selecting female cattle and sourcing A5-grade Wagyu while checking each animal’s condition at purchase. On the 1st and 2nd floors we offer courses that combine cuts like sirloin and premium short rib, as well as courses composed so you can try many different items in small portions. On the 3rd floor there is also an all-you-can-eat course with about 50 items — beef, pork, chicken, offal, vegetables, rice dishes, and more — so guests who want to savor their meal or groups who want to enjoy lively Yakiniku together can choose according to their purpose.
Designed primarily with private rooms, accommodating groups from small parties to larger groups.
The interior is arranged with multiple private rooms for groups of 2 to 12 people. The private rooms are mainly table seating, designed so you can dine without worrying much about the surrounding gaze. On the second floor there are also private rooms with sofa seating, and we can accommodate banquets for up to 23 people. We place more emphasis on being able to enjoy conversation and meals in a calm atmosphere than on special effects, and the space is used for a variety of purposes such as business dinners, gatherings of friends, and family use.
Opened in 2012, a yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant that has continued operating together with the city of Sakae.
Koutei opened on January 9, 2012. From the time of opening, it has operated under the policy of "not insisting on the production area of black-haired Wagyu, but putting the quality of the meat first," focusing on procurement and preliminary processing. Currently, in addition to private-room yakiniku floors on the first and second floors, the third floor offers an all-you-can-eat course, allowing customers to choose according to the occasion. Located in the central area of Nagoya, it is used by both local customers and tourists as a place where they can calmly enjoy yakiniku.
